Dear Coach,
This letter is to advise you that the Indian Land High School Warrior Invitational will be held on Saturday December 2 at the IL middle school gym. The entry fee will be $90.00 and checks should be made payable to IL HIGH SCHOOL. Weigh-ins are scheduled for 9:00am and I request that all teams arrive by 8:00am so we can begin weigh-ins by 8:30am. Each wrestler will be given a three-pound allowance at weigh-ins. The seeding meeting & coach’s social for the tournament will be held on Wednesday November 29th at 7:00 at a location nearby—food and beverages will be provided. If you cannot attend the meeting, please fax your line-up to (803) 548-3011 by 1:00 on November 29th. I will contact the coaches at 2:00 to verify that you did not fax your line-up and that you will be attending the seeding meeting. The top four wrestlers will be seeded on last year’s varsity record (NO MS or JV records!) and state placement and the rest will be seeded by random draw. There will be no re-seed changes once the seeding meeting is complete. Please call me at home (803) 285-6934 school (803) 548-9427or cell (803)287-5614 if there are any changes due to injury.
